Nicky Niewinski received her Master's degree in Education Law with a concentration in Education Law Advocacy. She is an experienced K-12 administrator in public, charter, and magnet

schools where she has been at the forefront of innovation and change since 2008 which includes: implementation of a leadership development program; obtaining a grant through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for personalized learning at a middle school campus; being part of a successful start-up charter school; and most recently helped lead the turnaround of a charter school as the Director of Academics using strategies obtained through the Harvard Principal’s Institute.
